Terms of Engagement

By engaging Baari Tech and making a payment for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Level Agreement

Baari Tech is committed to providing 100% satisfaction with its services. We will continue to work with you until you are fully satisfied or until the project is completed.

Our unlimited revisions policy ensures that we will keep refining the work until you are completely happy with the outcome (number of revisions depends on your selected package).

Billing Statement

Please note that your billing statement will reference "Baari Tech."

Revision Policy

The number of revisions included depends on your chosen package. We are dedicated to delivering the best service and will continue revisions until your requirements are met. You are not required to pay extra if the design concept remains unchanged. You will receive your revised design within 48 hours.

Turnaround Time

Baari Tech offers an initial turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most design services. This refers to the time it takes for a single iteration of a design stage (e.g., logo or website), not the total time for project completion. Revision times may vary between 48 to 72 hours, which equals 2 working days.

For example:

  • Orders or revision requests on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Orders or revision requests on Friday will be delivered by the following Tuesday.

If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs for your logo or website, you are eligible for a 100% refund on the project.

Refund Policy

Baari Tech offers a 100% refund on design services, though this refund is not unconditional and specific conditions apply. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process.

The refund will be void if any of the following occur:

  • A special or custom package is selected.
  • The primary design concept is approved.
  • Revisions beyond the initial design concepts are requested.
  • The designs (logo or website) are finalized.
  • The website has been designed, developed, and made live.
  • There has been no communication with the company for more than two weeks.
  • The project is put on hold at the customer's request.
  • Company policies are violated.
  • The client has approached other designers for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change is requested and delivered.
  • The business is closing, changing its name, or undergoing a business shift.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind,’ ‘disagreement with a partner,’ or similar non-service related issues.

Once multiple revisions have been accepted, the refund will no longer be applicable.

Services outside design work, such as hosting, SSL certificates, maintenance, SEO, and marketing, are not eligible for refunds. If these services are part of a package deal, they cannot be refunded.

Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, you may choose from the following options:

  • Call us at +1 (925) 448-7591 to speak with your Project Manager and initiate the refund process.
  • Use our Live Chat feature to connect with a representative and start the refund process.
  • Email your Project Manager to request a refund.

If you have purchased a service bundle and are dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle.

You may be entitled to claim a 50% refund after discussing with your Project Manager.

Be aware that a 35% administration fee applies to all cancellations made within 24 hours if the service has not been initiated. Refunds will not be granted in cases of “change of mind” after the service is ordered.

Cancellations prior to project initiation, unrelated to design services, will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

The approval of refunds is at Baari Tech Management’s discretion, and their decision is final.

Once we receive your refund request, we will respond as soon as possible after completing the necessary analysis, and we will initiate the process according to the refund policy.

To cancel an order before project initiation, the request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. If the cancellation is requested after this period, a service fee will be charged.

Once a refund is processed, you will no longer have any rights to the designs submitted by Baari Tech unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Quality Assurance Policy

Baari Tech strives to meet your requirements and ensure that our designs exceed your expectations. We focus on providing well-researched and carefully crafted designs for all our clients.

Delivery Policy

The complete order will be sent to your provided account on the date confirmed in the Order Confirmation email, with a confirmation email also being sent.

The turnaround time will depend on the package you have chosen, with the minimum time being 2 business days.

Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. We will not make a website live if there are any outstanding dues.

For urgent or rush orders, please contact our customer support team.

Design Rights & Ownership

Upon finalization, you will receive all the core files of the logo/website and hold 100% ownership rights to the finalized design.

While you own the final design, you do not own any content or materials generated during the revision cycles prior to the final product.

Content Creation & Population

Baari Tech is not responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/images) on the website unless it is purchased as an exclusive service. If content creation is included:

  • We will create and populate the website with custom content specifically for your project.
  • We will acquire stock images for your website from licensed sources, and images will be purchased upon client approval.
  • Product images and details must be provided by you in .CSV or .XLS format. We will upload a certain number of products, with additional charges applying for large quantities.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Reputation Management

Baari Tech respects your confidentiality and will not share your project or personal information with third parties. Both parties agree not to intentionally harm each other's reputation after project completion. This includes refraining from making defamatory remarks.

Record Maintenance

Baari Tech maintains records of finalized designs to assist in case of misplaced orders. We can provide the exact files upon request.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, to address any concerns or queries over the phone. For inquiries outside of business hours, please email us through the Customer Portal, and we will respond on the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

While Baari Tech primarily provides design and consultancy services, we do offer basic technical support as part of certain packages. We provide clients with the necessary information for services such as website deployment, email setup, and content management system (CMS) usage. However, we are not responsible for the installation or training related to these services.

If your website is hosted on a third-party server, Baari Tech is not responsible for hosting-related issues.

Communication Policy

All feedback, revision requests, refund requests, and other instructions should be submitted via the Designs Utility Account platform to be considered official. We are not responsible for communications made through any other channels.

Official communications should only be made via the email address "[email protected]." We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by communication through unofficial platforms.
